The staff and owners were always welcoming when we entered the hotel doors from a long day of sightseeing and prioritized our comfort from the 1st day we arrived. On that day, we were promptly informed that our room was going to be ready in the next hour, even if the check-in time was a few hours away, and they didn't ask us to wait needlessly for the stated time. When we came back, our bags were already in our rooms! Such attentive service! The hotel has modern interiors yet an old, regal charm to it. Best of all, rooms and bathrooms were always meticulously clean. We could walk barefoot on the wooden flooring of our room. Bathroom fixtures were modern and new. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were always crisp. We truly appreciated the strong air conditioning since the temperature got warmer each day. There was even cable TV with the English version of the news. There are a number of cafes and restaurants just a few meters away and with 2 train stations just 5 mins out. The small grocery right across the hotel was a welcome treat as we could rush to get snacks and drinks easily at night. The area was clean and quiet, and it was safe to walk through at night. The hotel values the safety of the guests because one time, we saw someone "new" at the reception. He politely asked for our room number as a measure of precaution. The owners run the hotel very well and that helps in the quality of service and attention to detail. I will surely make New Orient Hotel my base when back in Paris in the future because it meets all the important criteria of travelers - - location, cleanliness, comfort, wifi, and safety!

Everything was perfect and flawless ! The room , the view(you should definitely book the room with the balcony!) , the location, the cleanness and neatness(water, soap were provided and renewed in time), the bed is quite comfy. Even though we expected it to be a tiny room it wasn’t. We even had a bathtub, normal wardrobe (it looked like the one that lead to Narnia) haha..and a normal sized furnished balcony. The most treasure was Arris , the desk clerk , he was so welcoming and accommodating , he helped us with everything, made us feel very welcomed and even helped me with practicing my french patiently waiting for me to end my phrase))) he is the best , we travel a lot i would say and i can’t remember the time i’ve felt so comfortable with the front desk. So Arris if you read this text Greetings and Merry Christmas! And to the whole team i would also like to say thank you and happy holidays! To summarize i would like to say that this hotel differs from others in Paris in a good way(, building , hospitality, cleanliness, view, coziness, price/quality relation, room size, bath) and deserves to have a high esteem for what is done there. Thank you.

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 5min.walking from Boulangerie, grocery store,cafes,shops;10min.from Gare Saint Lazare;15min from Opera Garnier,20min from Monmartre. The location is great for touristic Paris. New Orient Hotel is a nice hotel with excellent food , service and, of course, beloved cozy French atmosphere. The room was very spacious, clean and had amenities we needed. It was enough space for 3people in 1room/twin beds were normal size. There is an ability to store your luggage before check in and after check out. We are appreciated for providing assistance to attentive lovely staff, especially Catherine💌,who helped with anything with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues,if the guests don’t speak French. Being Travel agent for 22years ,I have stayed in many Parisienne hotels different stars and location and would definitely recommend this perfect place for friends, relatives, tourists and colleagues.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Adrian who made us feel welcome and checked us into our rooms. He gave us wonderful dinner recommendations close to the hotel. All of his suggestions were fantastic! The other staff members were equally kind and helpful. Family members were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary and the staff had champagne set up in the dining room for us to celebrate. The bed was comfortable and the shower quickly adjusted to the perfect temperature. The breakfast staff was professional and the food delicious. The desk staff set up our transportation to the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the New Orient Hotel again!

It was a charming, boutique like, hotel. It has only 30 rooms. Quite charming. We had a balcony. Few balcony rooms. Staff is fabulous. The owner occasionally managed front desk. She & staff are quite charming & very helpful. Location is fabulous. Train station one direction & tube the other. A small grocery store with cheeses & wines to sip on balcony in evenings. The loveliest, fantastic pastry shop a few doors down that was inexpensive. You could sit outside. Many charming dining spots for dinner too. Very safe area. We will definitely return one day. Paris is one of most romantic cities in the world!
